Dani Willcutt
Dani Wilcutt is a US Food and Labor Historian. Her dissertation was ““Serving it Up in the Capital City: Restaurant Labor, and Culture in Lansing, Michigan, 1960-2000,” which she defended in November 2024. Dani also worked as a LEADR GA in 2020, 2021, 2023 and 2024.
